August 10, 1948 – June 25, 1998
I was blessed to have been married to Terry Harris for 29 years. He was a wonderful husband and devoted father to our two children. He was a generous and hardworking man who put up a courageous fight against cancer, never complaining and being optimistic to the end. He was definitely one of the “good guys” taken way too soon. He died on June 25, 1998.
Anyone who knew Terry, knows he would do anything for his family and friends. We will forever miss him.

Terry was a pretty amazing person and a very good friend. I have never known anyone as talented with automobiles. I recall Terry taking vehicles that had been totaled in accidents and transforming them into perfectly functioning autos which he would then sell to fund his next year in college. When I inherited my dad’s old 1961 Chevy Impala Terry turned it into a beautiful 1964 Chevy Super Sport! He was truly a magician.
We both attended Missouri State where we studied, worked and played hard. He left us way too soon and he is truly missed. My life is better having known and spent time with him.
