Baron Paul Magre, age 73, of Festus, Missouri, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2024 at Fountainbleau Nursing Home in Festus. He was born February 13, 1951 in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of the late Henrietta (nee Rigdon) and Earl Andrew Magre, Sr.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Earl A. Magre, Jr.
He is survived by his brothers Eric (Kelli) Magre of Festus and Marty (the late Christy Lynn) Magre of Festus.
Baron was an accomplished guitar player and played with many local bands throughout the 1960s and 1970s.
Graveside service will be Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 11:00 am at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Crystal City, Missouri, officiated by Fr. Stephen Lian. Memorials in Baron’s memory are preferred to the Catholic Coalition for Life.
