Age 72, of Cumming, Georgia, formerly of Festus, Missouri, passed away on Friday, October 18, 2024 at Northside Forsyth Hospital in Cumming. She was born June 17, 1952 in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of the late Irma Margaret (nee Naes) and Hubert Pius “Hup” Meyer.
She is survived by her siblings Carol Meyer of Festus, Nancy (Richard) Bay of Desoto, Missouri, Paul (Peggy) Meyer of Barnhart, Missouri, Rose (CAPT Thomas) Hoffmann of Maryland, and Tom Meyer of Pevely, Missouri.
She is preceded in death by siblings Janice Lynn Hornsey and Ellen (the late Richard) Fox.
Gale worked as an executive assistant for Equicorp Partners Management. Gale was generous and enjoyed being an aunt to all of her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She enjoyed Art, Music, Reading and studying French. She worked and lived in Atlanta for many years.
Visitation will be Wednesday, October 30, 2024, from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Vinyard Funeral Home, Festus. Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery, Herculaneum, Missouri.
