Karl Allen Schlett was born June 16, 1965 in Crystal City, MO. He was the son of Andrew Karl and Darlene R. (nee Wilson) Schlett. He died on October 15, 2024 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City, MO at the age of 59 years. He is survived by his Mother, Darlene R. (nee Wilson) Schlett; one son, Shawn (Tammy) Hill, De Soto, MO; sister, Elaine Schlett, De Soto, MO and one brother, Daniel (Christine) Schlett, De Soto, MO; grandchildren, Austin, Allison, Abigail, and Aubrey. He is preceded in death by his father. Karl worked at De Soto Junior High in the Special Education Department. As an expression of sympathy memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
