June 14, 1948 – February 27, 2018
Linda was born on June 14th, 1948 in her grandma’s house in Arnold, Missouri. She had an older brother, Lou and a sister, Sandy from a previous marriage, and one younger sister, Sharon. All but Sandy, preceded Linda in death.
I met Linda at St. Pius the summer of my sophomore year. Linda was my high school sweetheart. We both went to Jefferson College and got married soon after. Our son Shawn, was a honeymoon baby. She and I both worked and saved so I could go to Rolla where I graduated in December of 1975 with a BS in Civil Engineering. Our daughter Laura, was born in Rolla.
The Company I worked for required that I do a lot of traveling. They would all travel with me in the summer and over the holidays. We got to see a lot of the US. We now have four grandkids, one girl and three boys. I am still working, and they all work for my company on and off, in some capacity. Linda was the heart of the family and is truly missed. The love of my life died on February 27, 2018.
